Group Exercise > Cycling
  • Indoor Cycling is a low impact, non weight-bearing workout that is appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Intensity can be modified to suit individual needs.
  • Classes are filled on a first-come first-serve basis.
  • If a class is filled you can ask to be placed on the Standby list and you will be notified if a space becomes available.
  • You must arrive five minutes before the class is scheduled to begin or your seat can be forfeited to a person on the Standby list.
  • Learn how to determine and monitor training heart rate. The class instructor can assist you in calculating the range that is appropriate for your age and fitness level. Personal heart rate monitors are helpful in assessing individual exercise intensity and their use is encouraged. Cool Springs Fitness does not provide or sell heart rate monitors but can offer advice on their use and purchase.
  • Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a towel.
