Group Exercise > TRX
This class takes you though a variety of exercises where your body weight is leveraged as resistance.  Train like you're never trained before.

What is TRX?

The TRX Suspension Trainer uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. Exercise intensity can be adjusted my changing your body position.
