Martial Arts > Tai Chi
Tai Chi with Instructor: Robin King
Tuesday & Friday: 8:30-9:30 AM
Tai Chi has been recognized as one of the most effective ways to maintain health.
This Tai Chi class will begin with a traditional Qi Gong called “Embrace the Tree” which allows you to relax.   You will loosens the joints, engage in Qi gong exercises, learn the Yang Tai Chi form, and study each movement separately.  New Tai Chi students may join this class at any time, while experienced students will   continue to evolve . 
The instructor, Robin King, has studied martial arts for over 30 years and has taught Tai Chi for seventeen.  She has gained a vast knowledge of the subject from seminars and instructors.  Robin’s instructor, Cootie Harris, left her with this quote “Tai Chi will improve whatever you do”.
